First, let us say a heartfelt THANK YOU to all our wonderful customers who have supported this little tater tots mom and pop small business store thru this pandemic and all the tough stuff that goes with it.
Believe me, it has not been fun doing curbside but it beats the alternative!
Whether you have been a customer for decades or you found us by accident during quarantine when your cat walked across the keyboard, we are thankful beyond words.
We also want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all the doctors, nurses, techs, lab workers, frontline responders, grocery clerks,teachers, professors, mail carriers and other brave souls who have kept at it no matter the situation.
Our hats are off to all of you. Keep up the great work.

This will be the last year we carry Petit jean hams.
We are no longer doing beef rib roast.
We are no longer doing beef tenderloin or filet mignon.
When we decided to get totally out of the red meat business, that meant Totally out.This decision was made after a 2 year serious decline in our meat sales from 2018 to 2019.
We are now and for the remaining future strictly seafood, sausages, cajun and Louisiana food, Louisiana groceries and specialty items.
We quit selling steaks and red meat in January of 2020.

COVID 19 Action Plan SHOP RE OPEN GUIDELINES
We have had the shop closed to walk in service since March of 2020 due to the behavior of grown
adults who would not follow the safety guidelines.
We are going to open the storefront to the public again starting on Wednesday November 11th.
TO ENTER THE STORE IN PERSON
YOU MUST WEAR A MASK THAT COVERS YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH AT ALL TIMES!
We will provide you with one if needed.
We want your business, but if for any reason you will not (or cannot ) wear a mask, we will be very happy to give you outstanding personal service in your vehicle at curbside. Please call us and place your order.
PLEASE only 4 adults in the shop at once- we have a very small customer area and social distancing is hard in a cramped space.
Just following the Health Department and CDC guidelines, folks!
We have a family member who has lost 10, yes I said 10 family members from age 19 to 89 years old due to Covid. No other families should have to suffer like this.

COVID-19 and Floyd's
As of this date (March 17th 2020), Floyd's is maintaining normal business hours and days of operation.
Presently, we're doing curbside service only. We'll announce our reopening plans soon.
If we need to make any adjustments to services to our loyal customers, we will announce it here on our website.
Rest assured that the owners are taking all necessary precautions to protect ourselves and our population from this situation.
We have always been handwashing fools.
We use foodservice gloves for all foods.
Lisa fired a worker once for not washing his hands years ago.
We clean our shop with chlorine and alcohol based products.
Lisa and Larry were raised and served in the military so we both have an
extra level of "do right" anyway.
We hope to see you soon for this Springs crawfish boils.....if it ever quits

Fully cooked and smoked andouille and rope sausage is great on the grill, in the pot with your crawfish or shrimp and especially in gumbo, jambalaya and red beans and rice. It also makes a great seasoning sausage to give your blackeye peas, cabbage and greens a little wake up call.
This sausage really wakes up and comes to life when it is heated in a skillet or on the grill.

Stockpots and Burners Available For Sale
Floyd's offers good quality stockpots with basket and lid for sale in 2 sizes: 34 quart and 60 Quart. The 34 quart size will cook 17 pounds of crawfish; the 60 quart size will cook 30 pounds.
These are heavy duty, well made aluminum pots, not some Big Box store junky stuff you'll burn a hole through after 2 or 3 uses.
We also have medium and heavy-duty burner stands for sale.
